A Calm, Fully Styled Newborn Experience
Studio newborn sessions take place in my private Linden, NJ studio and are designed to feel calm, comfortable, and completely baby-led. I provide a curated collection of wraps, outfits, props, and styling pieces so you can simply arrive and enjoy the experience. Sessions allow plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and breaks while we create timeless portraits of your baby and meaningful family connections.

WHAT TO EXPECT
STEP 1 — INQUIRE & BOOK
Reach out through the contact form to get started. You’ll receive a booking link with your contract and questionnaire. Once those are completed and your retainer is paid, your newborn session is officially reserved.
STEP 2 — PLAN YOUR SESSION
After booking, you’ll receive my newborn session guide with everything you need to prepare. We’ll also discuss styling, colors, family participation, and any preferences you have so I can plan your session and setups ahead of time.
STEP 3 — YOUR NEWBORN SESSION
Your session is calm, unhurried, and completely baby-led, with plenty of time for feeding, soothing, diaper changes, and breaks as needed.
STEP 4 — CHOOSE & RECEIVE
After your session, you’ll receive an online proofing gallery where you can select the images included with your package. Your chosen images are then fully retouched and delivered in your final online gallery.
Studio Newborn Questions
When should I book my studio newborn session?
I recommend booking during pregnancy so I can reserve space around your due date. Once baby arrives, we’ll finalize the exact session date.
What is the best age for newborn photos?
The first two weeks are ideal for sleepy, curled newborn poses, but older newborns are always welcome.
What if my baby is older than two weeks?
That’s completely okay. Older babies may be more alert, but we can still create beautiful portraits while following their comfort and cues.
How long is a studio newborn session?
Session length depends on the package you choose and includes time for feeding, soothing, diaper changes, and breaks.
What should I bring to the studio?
I provide wraps, outfits, props, and styling pieces. You’ll receive a session guide before your appointment with everything you need to bring and how to prepare.
Can parents and siblings be included?
Yes, depending on the package selected. Plus, Ultimate, and Pinnacle include parents and siblings, with grandparents included in Pinnacle.
What if my baby is fussy or doesn’t sleep?
Sessions are completely baby-led. There is no pressure for baby to sleep the entire time, and we take breaks whenever needed.
When will I receive my proofing gallery and final images?
After your session, you’ll receive a proofing gallery to select the images included in your package. Your chosen images are then fully retouched and delivered in your final online gallery.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash, Zelle, major credit cards, and Affirm. Credit card and Affirm payments are subject to a 5.99% processing fee. Affirm allows eligible clients to split their purchase into convenient payments, subject to approval.
